From Frazier Park you might want to consider just using either the Flyyaway bus by parking at Van Nuys thereby avoiding most of the traffic Or, take the Kern Transit bus to Bakersfield and use the Airport Bus of Bakersfield which has discount same day round trip tickets and would allow you to let someone else do all of the driving and save parking costs.
