How to get thicker luscious hair?

I have thick hair & i don't do anything to it. I always change shampoos though right now i'm using baby shampoo..lol, try extensions to make your hair look fuller & give it more volume.i know you say you have long hair but extensions the same lenght as your hair will make it fuller. there are also manhy products that mek hair fuller.wax, hairspray,beyond the zone protein tail is pretty good to make your hair fuller & wont weight it down & smells good : )
