Should i start bumgarner, cecil, romero, wainwright, and strasburg this week?

Wainwright is the only straight solid pitcher you have. I wouldn't suggest starting two pitchers from Toronto in the same week either so try Cahill or Carmona, since Burnett hasn't been great lately.
