I sweat under my arms even if its cold and in winter the same as if it was a hot summers day please help.?

I can only wear singlets as i get huge sweat marks on any other shirt i wear. It happens every day of the year rain, hail or shine or even a frosty day, it doesn't matter the weather it's the same amount every day. Any advice?
