Ok i want to pk in runescape?

im a member but i want to pick on easy fish wich are the free to play so anyways im cb lv 106 and good atk str and def stats and i have full rune and rune skimmy because thats th ebest f2p weapon anyways will i be able to pwn those noobs or not also if they attack me first will i loose my items or not.
